President and Founder
In 1979, Mr. Fraga founded Fraga International Realty Company — today known as the FIRC Group, Inc., following 10 years' experience with IBM. He attended St. John's University, majoring in economics with a minor in accounting. Mr. Fraga has over 50 project investments, which result in current assets of $300 million. As a dedicated entrepreneur, he believes in the importance of long-term relationships. Mr. Fraga has spearheaded the company's phenomenal growth for over 42 years.
Vice President and Principal
Alexander (Alex) W. Fraga is the vice-president and a principal of FIRC Group- a commercial real estate firm founded by his father Tony Fraga (1979). Alex has been with FIRC Group for over 20 years. He became a partner and a principal in 2002.
At FIRC Group, he has been involved with over 25 developments/redevelopments including multifamily, retail, office, and hospitality. These developments have a collective value of over $300 million.Alex has years of experience in management, development, redevelopment, construction, acquisitions, leasing, and sales. Vice President of Hospitality
With over 30 years of hospitality experience, Michael joined the FIRC Group in 2018 as the Vice President of Hospitality. Michael came directly from 6 years at Choice Hotels International, where he served as the Vice President of Upscale Brands. He was responsible for operations, quality assurance, property-level sales, design, and construction for the Cambria and the Ascend brands.
Michael began his career as a night auditor while in college. After college, he had 24-years of experience with Marriott International. Starting as a line cook, Michael worked his way up to general manager before moving to the corporate office to lead the hotel opening team.As the Senior Director of Openings, Michael directed the openings of over 125 Marriott Branded hotels. Michael spent the last 11 years of his Marriott career as the Vice President of Full-Service Franchising, where he led room operations, franchise quality assurance, operator approval, franchise capital investments, and owner relations.Read MoreLess
