Antonio Fraga
Founder
In 1979, Antonio Fraga founded Fraga International Realty Company, now known as FIRC Group, Inc., following a decade with IBM. A graduate of St. John's University with a degree in economics and a minor in accounting, he went on to lead more than 50 project investments and grow the company to over $450 million in assets.
Antonio built his career on long-term relationships, integrity, and a hands-on approach to development. For more than four decades, he guided the company's growth and established the foundation it stands on today. He passed away in 2023, leaving behind a legacy that continues to shape FIRC Group.

As President of FIRC Group, Alexander (Alex) W. Fraga continues the legacy established by his father, leading the company with a focus on growth, relationships, and opportunity. He studied construction management at Florida International University and brings more than 30 years of experience across development, construction, acquisitions, leasing, and sales.
Over the course of his career, Alex has been involved in approximately $300 million in projects spanning more than 30 developments across retail, office, multifamily, self-storage, restaurants, and hotels. He has built strong relationships with a wide range of financial institutions, providing access to both private and public capital. Known for assembling the right teams and leading them through complex challenges, Alex remains focused on identifying opportunities and driving the company forward.

Senior Vice President
Michael Lusick joined FIRC Group in 2018, bringing more than 30 years of hospitality experience. He began his career at the property level, working his way from frontline roles to general manager, developing a deep understanding of hotel operations.
At the corporate level, Michael served as Vice President of Full-Service Franchise Operations for Marriott Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw operations, hotel openings, owner relations, capital investment, and quality assurance. He also held the role of Vice President of Upscale Brands at Choice Hotels International, with responsibility for operations, food and beverage, design and construction, brand standards, and quality assurance. His broad experience across both property and corporate environments supports FIRC's continued growth in hospitality.
