Havana native and the president of FIRC Group Tony Fraga grew up enjoying delicious Cuban meals with his father at La Floridita. Developing Hemingway's Cuba was one way for Fraga to celebrate those long-cherished memories with his father. The restaurant offers an amazing rooftop dining experience, chef-crafted menus, a range of delicious craft cocktails, and lovely event spaces.
